It was an enduring night
I must say, just as it ended right
All the pain of the previous day
The weariness of failure had to go away
And sure another day, today, or tomorrow
Will open another door, a calm wind to blow
For Everything to eventually end
The fact still remains as to how and when
The wills and yearns of that course
Which isn't lost yet but was
Well, the works of man still ends the night
Struggled and mightier for the mind to fight
Everyday, we try to make it our own way
And still progress seems possible but we still fail
We seems to forget that the testimonies of tomorrow
Isn't gonna come with our tied hands and voices low
Our testimonies has to tell a story to inspire
A lost course struggling to achieve it's desire
Well, a true testimony comes when we break down,
pray for His grace, for us to be found
And His mercies to keep us routed to His path
The grace of God is the only trust that breaks all facts,
Creates those diversion and breaks all protocols
And helps us from our knees crawls
Everything of this world is vain
Structured in circles of pain and shame
Lustful desires and boastful hearts
And we keep missing paths paved for us
The path of righteousness
according to God's own preference
So that our testimonies will ensure a lost course
Isn't as it was
For that enduring night
I must say, just as it is, will end right!
