WHAT SORCERY

Not even a witch like her
Not Thor or Frey
She has engulfed my body and soul
As I keep asking for her and could not go
She's cast a spell on my thoughts
A love spell, in chains I'm caught
She's possessed my every part
The scars from broken hearts
And the sprain and disgusting sores
From rigged love and wars
Not even a witch like her
No powers on this earth
Could break her love she cursed
No sorcerer with his apprentice
Could venture her territories
No forces in the air or below
Could interpret what she bestowed
I'm her prisoner, thrown to her dimension
Of open heart and darkened dungeons
I will break lose, seems impossible by the day
Since I keep enjoying her haunting ways
What sorcery, how she earned it
I do not know, anything like this
She had a soul equally tortured
She has her bow pleasured
And arrows streamlined and enchanted
She could be my miracle and curse
And nothing, not even death

TORTURED SOUL

They say poets are tortured emotional beings
With a heart bruised and left alone
They say poets are tortured souls
Haunted minds, left unredeemed
So I have become no exception
Of this lay minded assumption

They say poets aren't normal folks
Who easily cheer and toast
And forget bad times and woes
They say poets are silent noise makers
With disturbing words on papers
Spreading wide in twisted natures

So I have become  no exception
I have lost a portion of a once cheered heart
After the pills and potions got spilled up
In a deadly reaction

Wherever she is my heart is bruised
My soul is emotionally tortured
My mind is utterly haunted
Left unredeemed
As the lay minded man assumed
